https://ibps.inIBPS PO is the common recruitment exam for Probationary Officer (PO)/Management Trainee posts across public-sector banks (Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, PNB, and others - not SBI or RBI, which run their own separate exams). Two stages: Prelims (screening) and Mains (scoring), followed by an interview.
Mode
Computer-based test (CBT)
Prelims shortlists (roughly 1:10 ratio) for Mains; Mains score shortlists for a common interview conducted by the participating banks' nodal agency. Final merit combines Mains (weighted) and interview marks.
