AgeYou need to be born between 2 Jul 1996 and 1 Jul 2006 (20-30 years) as a General candidate - SC/ST get 5 years relaxation, OBC 3 years, PwBD 10 years.

About IBPS PO

IBPS PO is the common recruitment exam for Probationary Officer (PO)/Management Trainee posts across public-sector banks (Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, PNB, and others - not SBI or RBI, which run their own separate exams). Two stages: Prelims (screening) and Mains (scoring), followed by an interview.

Selection process

Prelims shortlists (roughly 1:10 ratio) for Mains; Mains score shortlists for a common interview conducted by the participating banks' nodal agency. Final merit combines Mains (weighted) and interview marks.
