https://icar.org.inICAR AIEEA (PG) is the Indian Council of Agricultural Research's national entrance exam for postgraduate agriculture and allied-sciences programs, run by NTA, filling roughly 11,000 seats at State Agricultural Universities and ICAR's own deemed universities. Its UG counterpart (ICAR AIEEA-UG) was discontinued in 2023 - undergraduate admission to the same universities now runs through CUET (ICAR-UG), a regular CUET UG score, not a separate ICAR exam.
Mode
Computer-based test (CBT)
Subject-specific, based on the candidate's Bachelor's discipline (Agriculture and allied fields), drawing on the corresponding undergraduate syllabus.
AIEEA PG rank feeds ICAR's centralized counselling for its central-quota PG seats; most State Agricultural Universities also accept the same score for their own state-quota PG seats.
