Eligibility

EducationFor the 3-year LLB track: you need a Bachelor's degree (any discipline, 10+2+3 pattern) with the same percentage requirement as the 5-year track above.
EducationFor the 5-year LLB track: you must have passed, or be appearing in, Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST, 42% for VJNT/SBC/OBC Maharashtra candidates). Open to any Indian citizen - Maharashtra domicile is only required to claim the state's reservation categories.

About MH CET Law

MH CET Law is Maharashtra's state-level law entrance exam, run by the state CET Cell for admission to 5-year LLB (after Class 12) and 3-year LLB (after a Bachelor's degree) programs at law colleges across the state, including Government Law College Mumbai and ILS Law College Pune. Predominantly a Maharashtra-domicile exam by candidate pool, though - like the state's other CET exams in this dataset - it is technically open to any Indian citizen; Maharashtra domicile is only required to claim the state's own reservation categories.
