About WBPSC WBCS

WBCS is West Bengal's state civil services exam for WBCS (Executive), WB Police Service, and other Group A/B/C/D state services - the state-level equivalent of UPSC CSE. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak Bengali (waived for Nepali-mother-tongue candidates). Open to any Indian citizen, though reservation-category benefits require West Bengal domicile. Three stages: Prelims (screening), Mains (scoring), Interview.
