NATA runs across multiple test dates each year (Phase 1: April–June, Phase 2: August) - candidates can appear more than once and the best score counts.
Participating architecture colleges (including many private and state institutions) set their own NATA-score cutoffs for admission - there's no single centralized counselling the way JoSAA works for engineering, so check each college's specific process.
