NTA opened UGC NET December 2026 registration on 8 Oct 2026 at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The original deadline was 28 Oct 2026; NTA extended the last date for the application form and fee payment to 31 Oct 2026 (11:50 PM). Registration is now closed and no further extension was found as of 1 Nov 2026. Reports differed on whether the extension carried a late fee, so check the NTA notice. Corrections 2-4 Nov 2026.
